There are many benefits to developing communication between care and patients. Good treatment has a positive effect on health.

The same applies if the patient can become more involved in care and treatment. Financially, there is also much to be gained from patients arriving on time and not missing doctor’s appointments or operations.

The National Association of the Visually Impaired submits five proposals that would facilitate patients’ contacts with care.
We have started from people with visual impairment and blindness, but our suggestions are of a general nature. The improvements would be of great benefit to many.
