Sot, shoqata e të Verbërve të Kosovës në bashkëpunim me Zyrën për Qeverise të Mirë/Zyra e Kryeministrit mbajti konferencë kushtuar Javës Ndërkombëtare të Njeriut me Shkop të Bardhë.
Konferencën e udhëhoqi drejtori i ZQM/ZK z. Habit Hajredini, ndërsa në panel ishte z. Daut Tishuki, kryetar i SHVK-se, z. Halil Kurmehaj, këshilltar i zëvendës kryeministrit të parë, znj. Luljeta Kabashi, nga MASHTI, znj. Leonora Nikçi nga KFOR-i, z. Bujar Kadriu u.d i drejtorit ekzekutiv në FKAK, Xhavit Kastrati drejtori i QBMK Xheladin Deda Peje, z. Rinor Ymeri nga Federata e sporteve për të verbër, dhe zyrtare të tjerë të institucioneve, përfaqësues të organizatave të personave me aftësi të kufizuara, persona të verbër dhe media.
Gjatë kësaj konference kryetari z. Tishuki, fillimisht bëri një prezantim të rëndësisë së javës së shkopit të bardhë, dhe gjithashtu theksoi nevojat që kanë personat e verbër në përgjithësi, por edhe u bë thirrje për veprim nga ana e institucioneve për zbatueshmërinë e ligjit për personat e verbër, edhe pse ka pasur nisma të mira siç është sinteza vokale në gjuhën shqipe, e cila është në proces për zhvillim të saj.
Java Ndërkombëtare e Njeriut me Shkop të Bardhë këtë vit përkon edhe me 20 vjetorin e themelimit të Shoqatës së të verbërve të Kosovës. Me këtë rast SHVK ndau këto mirënjohje për:
– kryeministrin e Republikës së Kosovës z. Albin Kurti, për angazhim në shpalljen e Vitit 2022- Vit i Personave me Aftësi të Kufizuara, vetëdijesim, angazhim dhe hapa konkret për qasje të
barabartë për të gjithë.
– ministren e arsimit znj.Arbërie Nagavci, për krijimin e mundësive konkrete drejt zhvillimit të
sintezës vokale në gjuhën shqipe
– mjeken Anita Mulolli Vrajolli, për kontributin e dhënë në vlerësimin e personave të verbër
përmes Komisionit shtetëror mediko social
– Ejup Rashica, aktivist i dalluar i Shoqatës
– Enver Ulaj, për angazhim në aktivitete dhe fuqizimin e Shoqatës së të Verbërve të Kosovës
– Emine Prekaj Kuqi, për kontributin e dhënë në përmirësimin e jetës së personave të verbër në
Kosovë
Ndërsa një mirënjohje post mort për aktivistin e ndjere Mexhit Foniqin, për kontributin e dhënë me vitet të tëra për personat e verbër.
Në javën e njeriut me shkop të bardhë organizohen për të ngritur vetëdijen dhe rritur angazhimin për personat e verbër në gjithë botë dhe zhvillohet në datat 15-22 tetor kudo në botë.
